Ham pie

 

Exclusive hot French appetizer 

For 2 persons, preparation 30 minutes

  • 300 g processed cheese "Azaids"
  • 200 g smoked ham
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 6 cm of the green end of leek
  • 2 tomatoes

Ham pie

 

1. Cut ham into thin and small chips, tomatoes - in slices, leek - in fine chips.

2. Pour 0,5 cm layer of processed cheese in heat-resistant baking forms, cover it with ham and slices of tomato. Cover it all with 2 slices of white bread placing those close together covering all surface. If baking forms are small you will need only one slice of bread. Top the bread with the remaining cheese and sprinkle it with cut leek and a little bit of ham.

3. Bake it in the oven at 220 degrees in the middle shelf for 20 minutes until the cheese starts boiling. Serve it hot.
