Shortcake pastry with curd cheese filling

For 8-10 persons, preparation 15 minutes, baking 30-40 minutes

  • 500 g sand dough
  • 400 g curd cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • rind of 1 orange
  • juice of 1/2 orange
  • 2 eggs

 

Shortcake pastry with curd cheese filling

 

1. Roll out sand dough un place it in a round baking form, raise edges and cut to make them even.

2. Mix up curd cheese, vanilla sugar, orange juice and rinds, eggs and with mixer. Pour in the filling on top of the dough.

3. Place the pastry in the oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes. Use a wooden stick to check if the pastry is ready - stick it into the dough and remove it shortly. If the stick is dry the pastry is ready.
